My grandma and grandpa gave us two Bibles for our wedding. One was the Family Life Marriage Bible: Equipping Couples for Life by Dennis and Barbara Rainey. I don’t read it as often as I should, but when I do, I’m reminded of how much I love it!

Included throughout the Bible is commentary from the Raineys regarding marriage and parenting. What’s so nice is that the advice is all Biblically based! One section is called Parenting Matters, which addresses questions like “How should we administer discipline for our child’s bad attitude?” and “How do we help our children understand the meaning behind Good Friday and Easter?” Another is Romance FAQ. Here, questions such as “How do husbands and wives differ regarding the sexual relationship?” and “My spouse is simply impossible. What can I do?” are answered.

Other insightful sections from the Raineys include Intimate Moments, which gives ideas to couples about ways to remain near and dear to one another and Biblical Insights.

Married couples, this is a must!
